Trauma can shape how you see yourself, others, and the world.

Online trauma therapy and EMDR for adults throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania

Some of what I hear

Something happened. Or maybe a lot of things happened, quietly, over a long time. And even now, it shows up in ways that can be hard to explain. In how you react. In what you avoid. In the way certain moments can pull you right back. Trauma doesn't always look the way people expect. It isn't always a single event. Sometimes it's the accumulation of experiences that taught you it wasn't safe to trust, to need things, or to take up space.

Where we might begin

In our work together, we will move at a pace that feels manageable, creating space to gently explore your experiences and how they continue to show up in your life. The goal isn't to relive what happened. It's to understand it a little differently, and to look at the ways it may still be shaping things today. I offer both talk therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a structured approach that aims to support the processing of difficult memories. We'll talk through what feels like the right fit for you.

Who I work with

I work with adults throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania, including people navigating anxiety, trauma, and the lasting effects of difficult family dynamics. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, and we can explore options together.

A note on telehealth

Many people find that the comfort of a familiar space makes it a little easier to open up. All sessions are via secure video, from wherever you have privacy and a connection.
