Anxiety often shows up in people who care deeply and think deeply.

Online therapy for anxiety and stress: for adults throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Does any of this sound familiar?

The worry that doesn't quite turn off. The mind that rehearses conversations before they happen and replays them long after. The low hum of pressure that follows you even when things are technically fine. Anxiety doesn't always look the way people expect. Sometimes it looks like perfectionism. Sometimes it looks like exhaustion. Sometimes it just looks like caring too much, all the time.

What we can explore together

Anxiety often carries meaning: and understanding that meaning is usually more useful than simply trying to quiet it. In our work together, we'll look at where your anxiety shows up, what it tends to sound like, and what it might be trying to tell you. My approach is collaborative and grounded in curiosity. There's no predetermined script. Just two people trying to understand what's going on and what might help.

Who I work with

I work with adults throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania, including people navigating anxiety, trauma, and the lasting effects of difficult family dynamics. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, and we can explore options together.

A note on telehealth

Many people find that the comfort of a familiar space makes it a little easier to open up. All sessions are via secure video, from wherever you have privacy and a connection.
