Sometimes life changes faster than we're ready for.

Online therapy for stress and life transitions, for adults throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania.

If this sounds like you

A new job or the loss of one. A relationship beginning or ending. A move, a graduation, a loss. Becoming a different version of yourself than the one you planned on. These are the kinds of shifts that can leave you feeling unsteady even when, especially when, the change was something you wanted. And then there's stress that doesn't come from one big thing. Just the slow accumulation of pressure that builds until it starts showing up everywhere. In your sleep, your patience, your sense of what you actually want.

Where we might begin

Sometimes the most useful thing is having a space to figure out what you're feeling before deciding what to do about it. We can slow things down enough to look at what's happening. What this period is bringing up. What you're grieving, what you're hoping for, and what might help you feel more like yourself again. There's no script for getting through hard seasons of change. But you don't have to figure it out alone.

Who I work with

I work with adults throughout Delaware and Pennsylvania, including people navigating anxiety, trauma, and the lasting effects of difficult family dynamics. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, and we can explore options together.

A note on telehealth

Many people find that the comfort of a familiar space makes it a little easier to open up. All sessions are via secure video, from wherever you have privacy and a connection.
